Key Responsibilities Generate new business through door knocking, referrals, networking, and provided leads Perform roof inspections and properly assess storm or retail roofing needs Prepare and present detailed, professional project estimates Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects Maintain clear communication with customers from first contact through project completion Represent Tato's Roofing with professionalism and integrity at all times Qualifications Proven sales experience in roofing, construction, or related field preferred Strong communication and closing skills Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections Basic technology skills (email, CRM, estimates, spreadsheets) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable Must live locally in Palm Beach County or Broward County Spanish fluency is a strong plus but not required Compensation & Opportunity High-upside, production-based opportunity Average earnings range from $80,000-$200,000+ annually Top performers exceed $250,000+ Independent Contractor (1099): commission-only with an aggressive, uncapped compensation plan (qualified reps) Leads provided plus ability to self-generate unlimited business Flexible schedule — manage your own time in the field Work-from-home flexibility for administrative tasks Supportive, family-owned company culture
