In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers by visiting their homes and businesses to present our products and services. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport will drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise, especially in B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) environments, while making a tangible impact in your community. Duties Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services with confidence and professionalism Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored presentations, ensuring solutions align with their requirements Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, utilizing strong persuasion skills and product knowledge Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce Follow up with potential clients via warm calling or telemarketing techniques to nurture leads and maximize sales opportunities Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and generate new leads Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process Experience Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably involving direct customer engagement or telemarketing Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex products clearly Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences Previous inside sales or outbound calling experience is advantageous for success in this role Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building Join us as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative and become a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and community engagement.
