Ballistic Raider Roofing is looking for motivated, hungry, entry-level sales reps who want to learn how to make real money in roofing sales. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. This is for someone who wants to get outside, talk to homeowners, build confidence, and learn how to create their own income. No roofing experience is required. We are looking for people with energy, drive, and the willingness to be coached. You will be trained to identify storm damage, speak with homeowners, set inspections, and help customers understand the insurance restoration process. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start in sales, build real-world business skills, and grow into a higher-paying role.
