Job Description

Monica Weninger for PA - is seeking an energetic Field Organizer for this campaign cycle, full-time position, based in the 178th HD in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Individuals applying for Field Organizer positions do not require prior campaign experience. Previous campaign or canvassing experience is a plus, but is not required. Training will be provided.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit and train volunteers in door knocking and phone canvassing Knock doors and make phone calls to ensure voter contact goals are met Maintain up to date volunteer records Ensure data integrity. Track voter contacts, volunteer activity, and field progress. Report conversations and field goals to the campaign field director and staff.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment; Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Commitment to expanding a Democratic Majority in the PA State House by electing Monica.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who: Enjoys talking to people and building relationships. Is comfortable knocking on a stranger's door and starting a conversation. Brings energy and enthusiasm to volunteer recruitment and organizing. Takes initiative and can turn goals into action. Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Can handle rejection and keep going. Wants hands-on experience in grassroots organizing, voter engagement, volunteer leadership, and campaign strategy.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary:

$4,000-$4,500/month, commensurate with experience. A platinum healthcare plan through HDCC is offered for full-time employees. This is a full-time campaign position with an immediate start date . The schedule will include evenings and weekends, particularly during the final months of the campaign.
