BIZFIX.org About the Opportunity We're a growing startup founded in 2021, currently a tight-knit team of three looking to bring on a driven Freelance Sales Representative. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join early, grow with the company, and build real income through performance. We keep things straightforward, supportive, and goal-focused—we work as a team and expect everyone to contribute. What You'll Do Reach out to qualified potential customers / leads Have a friendly conversation Follow up with leads and maintain relationships Work directly with the owner to execute sales campaigns Manage your pipeline and stay consistent with outreach
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CLOSE THE SALE
  • if any leads express interest, you will be able to transfer the lead to Management; you will receive commission on any sales generated This is a very down to earth startup & everyone is under 26 years old

Weekly Structure Monday (In-Office | 10AM-5PM) Team meeting + strategy session Hands-on collaboration with leadership Tuesday-Sunday (Remote) Minimum 2 hours/day between 10AM-5PM Flexible schedule outside required hours Work from anywhere
Compensation Structure Commission:
50% commission on each sale after the customer pays their first full month 10% recurring commission every month the customer continues paying 10% commission on prorated sales
Additional Pay:
$5/hour for in-office work only Bi-weekly hourly pay Commission paid monthly (on the 6th for the previous month)
Bonus:
Monthly performance bonus opportunities for top performers Requirements Must generate at least 1 sale per month to remain active Self-motivated and reliable Comfortable working independently (remote environment) Strong communication and follow-up skills Ideal Candidate Early-career individuals (typically 18-23 , but open to others) Some sales experience is helpful, but not required Backgrounds that translate well: Door-to-door fundraising or outreach Athletes (competitive mindset) Freelancers / gig workers / self-starters / Doordashers Perks & Benefits Free team lunch every week Your own desk in the office Build your own schedule (Tuesday-Sunday) Work from anywhere on remote days Potential tax write-offs (home office, WiFi, phone, etc.) Real opportunity for advancement Growth Opportunity We plan to expand into 2-7 new locations over the next 5 years . Top performers will have the opportunity to move into a Lead Manager role , helping lead expansion into new markets and earning significantly higher commissions.
