•Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting , neighborhood canvassing , warm calling , outbound calls, referrals, and digital outreach. Be proactive in the field by identifying sales opportunities, approaching potential customers, and building relationships within the community. Engage with prospective clients to identify their roofing needs and educate them on roof rejuvenation and roofing solutions. Conduct consultative sales presentations , explaining technical concepts in a clear and credible manner while recommending tailored solutions. Demonstrate professionalism, competency, and product knowledge to establish trust and credibility with homeowners and business owners. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close high-value deals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM. Represent the company with integrity, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset both in the office and in the field. Requirements Proven experience in technical (such as Solar, Home services, Roofing/Siding/Gutters, etc.), B2B, or home improvement sales; roofing industry experience is highly preferred. Comfortable with door-to-door sales and field prospecting. This role requires someone who enjoys being out in the community and proactively creating sales opportunities. Strong track record of negotiating and closing high-value sales. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility with prospective customers. Self-motivated, energetic, and highly proactive, with a results-driven attitude. Professional appearance and demeanor, with confidence in face-to-face customer interactions. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for field sales activities.
