Project Consultant - Design Pro Remodeling (Prince William County) Design Pro Remodeling is a veteran-owned, fast-growing residential remodeling company serving Prince William County and surrounding counties in Northern Virginia. We're looking for motivated, driven individuals who want to build a high-earning career in the home improvement industry. This role includes a guaranteed monthly base while you build your pipeline, plus commission on top. The right candidate is organized, great with people, self-motivated, and excited to build their own book of business. What You'll Do Proactively generate your own leads through community outreach, networking, realtor relationships, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals Meet with homeowners and guide them through their remodeling project from first conversation to signed estimate Run walkthroughs, develop scopes of work, and present proposals with confidence Close projects and manage the client relationship through completion, ensuring a 5-star experience Visit job sites to check progress, communicate updates, and maintain client trust Use project management tools to track your pipeline, timelines, and documentation Collaborate with our internal team to keep projects moving and clients informed What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills, comfortable starting conversations and building relationships Self-motivated and driven to perform in a commission-based environment Organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects at once Interest in home remodeling, construction, design, or real estate Problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through Willing to learn new systems and tools Experience in construction or remodeling is helpful, but not required for the right candidate with the drive to succeed. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
