We're looking for competitive, energetic canvassers who know how to approach homeowners, start conversations and generate real opportunities. If you've worked in roofing, solar, windows, pest control, alarms, telecom or another door-to-door environment—and you know you can outperform the average rep—we want to talk. This isn't just another hourly canvassing job. Our best canvassers have the opportunity to advance into high-earning Roofing Sales Representative positions.

Compensation & Earning Potential Base Pay:

$20•25/hour, based on experience

Realistic Total Compensation Opportunity:

$45,000•60,000+ annually

Top-Performer Potential:

$60,000•75,000+ In addition to hourly compensation, Kapella Roofing offers performance-based incentives tied to qualified opportunities and production. What You'll Do Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods Speak directly with homeowners Identify properties that may have storm-related roofing damage Generate qualified roofing inspection opportunities Schedule inspections with homeowners and decision-makers Accurately capture homeowner and property information Coordinate opportunities with Kapella Roofing sales representatives Work neighborhoods surrounding active roofing projects Generate referrals and additional neighborhood opportunities Maintain accurate lead and activity information Professionally represent Kapella Roofing in the field We don't measure success simply by how many doors you knock.
