PROJECT MANAGER
Grand Rising Exteriors - Lexington, KY If you're driven, competitive, and know how to talk to homeowners, this is an opportunity to make real money —without a cap on your income. Grand Rising Exteriors is a growing, locally owned exterior restoration company looking to add motivated roofing sales representatives to our team.
COMPENSATION 1099
Independent Contractor 10% commission on total job value Average commission per deal: $1,500-$4,000+ No income cap Fast, reliable payouts
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Meeting with homeowners Inspecting roofs and identifying storm damage Explaining the roofing process clearly and honestly Generating your own leads and closing deals Working directly with our production team from sale to completion We also install siding, gutters, and other exterior trades
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Strong local reputation and professional branding High-quality materials and installs (we don't cut corners) Office support, scheduling, and production coordination A company that stands behind its work—no shady sales tactics
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, D2D, or similar) Comfortable knocking doors and talking to homeowners Reliable transportation Coachable, motivated, and self-driven Professional and dependable This is not an hourly position. This is for people who want to earn what they're worth.
