CarePatrol helps seniors and their families find safer care options; including assisted living, memory care, home care, nursing care, adult family homes and independent senior living. This role is responsible for connecting with senior clients to find them safer care options. They will do this by gaining each client's business by successfully demonstrating our values. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the brand.
Who We're Looking For:
Sales-Driven:
Experience in B2B sales with a fearless approach to cold calling and relationship-building
Healthcare Savvy:
Skilled at obtaining clinical referrals — bonus points for hospital or SNF experience/contacts, confident with medical terminology
People Connector:
Confident, empathetic, and quick to build rapport
Tech-Ready:
Comfortable with Google Suite, smartphones, and CRM-style documentation Responsibilities Be the expert in your territory for providing senior care options. Meet with clients in person at their home, or in a neutral location. Complete a Care Discovery with each client. This is usually based on a lengthy conversation with the senior and members of their family and can include medical, social, psychological, and environmental factors. Review senior's activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, problems with memory, etc. This can be very comprehensive based on the care needs. Partner with medical professionals who are overseeing the medical needs of the client. Provide appropriate care options for the client based on the Care Discovery findings. This includes action steps and community resources needed to carry out the assistance required by the client. Provide a customized tour for the client. Develop a working rapport with healthcare professionals in the territory. Document progress daily in the Company database. Other duties as assigned. Experience Exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving. Award-winning presentation skills. Working knowledge of senior care resources is a plus. Excellence in closing/asking for business. Sales experience is vital in this role. Strong marketing skill set able to confidently and creatively seek out, craft, and maintain referral relationships in the local community, and within the industry Outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community. Excellent written and oral communication and computer skills. Requires signed confidentiality agreement. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance.
