This role involves engaging with the community through door-to-door outreach, scheduling appointments, and representing our organization professionally. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage schedules effectively. Prior experience in supervising, marketing, or customer service is a plus, however no experience is necessary. Pay starts at 17$/hr plus bonuses. Average earners will earn between 42000$-50000$ year one. Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our services or initiatives within targeted neighborhoods Schedule appointments and follow-ups with potential clients or community members Engage in persuasive communication to inform and educate the public about our offerings Manage and coordinate field schedules to maximize outreach efficiency Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments Assist in organizing community events or fundraising activities as needed Represent the organization professionally, ensuring positive public relations Collaborate with team members to develop effective outreach strategies Skills Proven experience in supervising teams or managing schedules is preferred Strong background in marketing, sales, or telemarketing enhances effectiveness in outreach efforts Excellent customer service and communication skills for engaging diverse audiences Ability to conduct door-to-door canvassing confidently and professionally Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for reaching wider communities Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication techniques Experience in fundraising or community engagement projects is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and appointments efficiently
