Job Description Political Campaign in Tarrant County is hiring Poll Greeters Director for their 2026 organizing program in Tarrant County, Texas. We are seeking highly motivated greeters who have a passion for election engagement. This race is one of the biggest flip opportunities in Texas, so candidates with knowledge of Red to Blue organizing and/or Tarrant County are encouraged to apply. Poll Greeters will be responsible for working closely with the Campaign Manager and additional partners to execute the field program objectives for a Democratic win. The ideal applicant has relevant campaign experience, works well in fast-paced environments, and has a proven ability to meet goals. This is a part-time, hourly position.

Responsibilities will include:

Talking to voters at the polls about why Democratic candidate is person for the job Standing outside of the polls to tell folks how to go and vote Handing out literature with information about Candidate and other Tarrant County officials as applicable Ensuring voters have the correct information as they are going into the polls about the process for voting

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Reliable mode of transportation or vehicle access Ability to stand at polls for at least three hours daily A good and positive attitude

Logistics & Working Conditions:

Part time temporary position based in Tarrant County, Texas. Hours shall require mornings through evenings and weekends Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable mode of transportation, and the ability to travel at times throughout the county.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is $15 an hour
