Job Description
Homeowner Research & Outreach Specialist Smooth Closing Austin, TX Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $82,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Research Full Job Description About Smooth Closing Smooth Closing is an Austin-based real estate investment company built around one simple idea: buy homes directly from homeowners in a way that's fast, fair, and respectful. We close more than 75 purchases a year, and we're still growing, which means we need dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in doing their job well, day after day. The Role This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Austin, TX office. As a Property Research & Outreach Specialist, your role is focused and clear: identify homeowners, track down the best way to reach them, and start a friendly, low-pressure conversation to see if they might be open to talking about selling. This isn't a high-pressure sales role. Your job is to be thorough, consistent, and professional, day in and day out. What You'll Be Doing Your day follows a clear rhythm. You'll use your computer and a set of research tools to track down property owners and their contact information, then reach out by phone, and occasionally in person, to introduce Smooth Closing and get a sense of their interest. Most of the work is process-driven, so you'll pick it up quickly and settle into a routine you can make your own. You'll work closely with a small, tight-knit team, and your work directly feeds the company's ability to close deals. When the team hits its goals, everyone feels it.
