Canvasser

Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Canvasser to join our commercial lawn care team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with property managers, HOAs, and real estate developers that manage or own multi-family properties. You'll be the first point of contact, representing our professional lawn care services and helping expand our footprint in the commercial market. Duties Canvass targeted areas with high concentrations of multi-family properties (apartment complexes, townhome communities, etc.) Engage with property managers, maintenance supervisors, and leasing agents to introduce our services Schedule appointments for our sales team to provide proposals and site evaluations Distribute marketing materials and maintain records of interactions Gather information on potential clients' current lawn care providers and service needs Report on daily activity, territory performance, and lead progress Represent the company with professionalism and a strong understanding of our offerings Skills Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service preferred Knowledge of or interest in landscaping, lawn care, or property management is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with strong time management skills Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Join us in making a positive impact within the community while gaining valuable experience in outreach and engagement!
