Job Description
Community Canvasser - $120/Day We are hiring motivated and reliable Community Canvassers to join our field team in San Antonio, TX. Our program is focused on helping and supporting the local community by connecting directly with residents, listening to their concerns, and giving them an opportunity to share the issues that affect them and their families. As a Community Canvasser, you will work directly in local neighborhoods, going door-to-door and speaking with residents about important community issues. No previous canvassing experience is required. Training will be provided.

$120 per 6-hour shift
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
2:30 PM-8:30
PM Saturday-Sunday:
12:30 PM-6:30
PM Flexible Schedule:
Part-time and full-time positions are available. Team members can choose the days that work best with their availability.
Office Location:
Converse, TX Responsibilities:
Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Have respectful and professional conversations with residents Listen to residents and learn about the issues affecting their community Follow the provided canvassing script and training Accurately record information using a mobile application Meet daily field expectations Arrive on time and ready for each scheduled shift Communicate regularly with field supervisors and team members
Requirements:
Must be reliable and punctual Comfortable speaking with people and working outdoors Able to walk and stand for extended periods Must have a working smartphone Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
