Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team! This is a unique commission based position that involves traveling throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex area. Locations will change regularly, so flexibility and a willingness to embrace new challenges are essential. One year or more in the industry is preferred but not required.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits in various neighborhoods to promoter our products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Document all communications and agreements related to sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to different locations throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex at least five days a week.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying job responsibilities.
- Ability to carry a ladder and perform basic tasks such as getting on roofs (or a willingness to overcome a fear of heights).
- Results driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Compensation:
