•80,000 Annual Earning Potential (Base + Commission) About ShowCar Auto Spa ShowCar Auto Spa is a growing mobile automotive detailing and vehicle protection company bringing premium car care directly to customers. As we continue to grow our Dallas operation, we're looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative who knows how to get out into the market, start conversations, build relationships, and turn opportunities into customers. This is a hands-on, field-based sales position . You won't be sitting behind a desk waiting for leads — you'll be actively prospecting and generating new business throughout the Dallas area. What You'll Do Conduct door-to-door and face-to-face sales throughout the Dallas market Proactively identify and approach potential customers Generate your own leads and build a strong local sales pipeline Introduce customers to ShowCar's mobile detailing and vehicle protection services Build rapport quickly and confidently communicate the value of our services Handle objections and convert conversations into booked services and customers Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with potential customers Work toward individual sales and revenue targets Keep accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity Represent ShowCar professionally while working in the community What We're Looking For Previous field sales, outside sales, or door-to-door sales experience is essential. We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience in a field-based, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales role Is confident approaching and speaking with new people Has a strong track record of prospecting and closing business Is comfortable generating their own opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound leads Can handle rejection and maintain a high level of activity Is persuasive without being pushy Is self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is organized and comfortable managing their own pipeline and follow-ups Is comfortable using CRM and sales technology Has reliable transportation and is able to travel throughout the Dallas area Why Join ShowCar?
