You won't be closing complex sales, your sole mission is to start conversations, build instant rapport, and set appointments for our specialist team. Every qualified appointment and closed deal means cash in your pocket with zero cap on what you can earn. Key Responsibilities Walk assigned territories to engage homeowners directly at their doors. Pitch our solar services concisely to generate interest and identify immediate opportunities. Schedule qualified homeowners for no-obligation solar consultations. Track contacts, addresses, and appointments accurately using our mobile CRM app. Consistently hit weekly outreach goals to maximize your earning potential. Represent Genesis with professionalism at all times (first impressions are everything in sales). Qualifications & Requiremen ts Motivated self-starter with high energy, relentless drive, and strong work ethic. Goal-driven and committed to delivering results. Coachable, resilient, unafraid of rejection or failure, and eager to improve. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable image. Physical stamina to walk neighborhoods for 4-6 hours daily in various weather conditions. Smart device (iOS/Android) for field data entry and lead tracking. Reliable transportation to assigned local canvassing areas.

No prior experience required:

this is an entry-level position. Previous door-to-door, canvassing, or direct sales experience is a plus, but top-notch training is provided for driven candidates. Schedule & Training Schedules are structured week-to-week, with a minimum of 5 days per week of dedicated work. All new hires complete a full first week of training, covering our complete pitch and presentation process to help you get consistent results every time.

Compensation & Perks Commission-Only, Uncapped Earning Potential:
