Pressure Washing Guy is a growing, veteran-owned exterior cleaning company looking for an energetic, dependable individual to help us expand our presence throughout Houston. We're looking for someone who enjoys being outdoors, moves with purpose, and isn't afraid to strike up a friendly conversation with homeowners. Your primary responsibility will be distributing marketing materials in designated neighborhoods. As you demonstrate consistency and complete our sales training, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions by generating sales during your routes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to turn a part-time job into a rewarding sales career. What You'll Do Distribute a minimum of 1,000 door hangers per week within 10 working hours. Follow assigned neighborhood routes and accurately document completed distribution. Dedicate approximately 2 additional hours per week to route logging, training, and following up on sales opportunities. Represent our company professionally and positively when interacting with homeowners. Identify potential customers and sales opportunities during neighborhood walks. After completing training and probation, offer exterior cleaning services and generate sales. Wear a company-provided recording device when required for authorized marketing and training purposes, following company policies and applicable privacy requirements. Communicate progress, customer interest, and potential leads to management. What We're Looking For Physically capable of walking outdoors for extended periods at a brisk pace. Comfortable working in Houston's heat and changing weather conditions, with appropriate safety precautions. Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Comfortable using a smartphone to track routes and report activity. Willing to use a wearable recording device when required. Interested in learning sales skills and potentially advancing into a full-time sales role. No previous sales experience required! We'll provide the training and resources you need to succeed. This position does not require heavy lifting, but it does require considerable walking, endurance, and consistent productivity.

Compensation & Career Growth Starting Compensation:

$18 per hour for approximately 12 hours per week. Four-week introductory probationary period focused on reliability, productivity, and professionalism. Paid time includes distribution, route documentation, required training, and assigned lead follow-up.

Commission Opportunity:

After successfully completing your probationary period and sales training, you'll become eligible to earn a 10% commission on qualifying jobs you personally sell while completing your neighborhood routes, provided you meet your weekly minimum distribution target.
