Job Description

We just took Laredo over, and we're starting with 10,000 leads. Here's how that happened. We've been putting up numbers in the Rio Grande Valley. There's a lot of new fiber going in the ground in Laredo and they wanted a team that produces on it, so we got asked to take the city. We've got people there now and we're recruiting into those 10,000 leads today. Three to six experienced knockers, and a crew lead if the right one shows up. Where this goes. The whole city is close to 30,000 sellable doors. We measured that ourselves with live checks on real addresses, and six out of ten of them only got lit during 2025. The goal is the rest of the city inside a few months, plus every new pass behind it, and they're still coming with install dates out to 2028. We've done it once already. We produced in the Valley and they kept assigning us new ZIP codes. The turf is exclusive, and here's the mechanism. ZIP codes get assigned to one agency. Once a ZIP is ours, no other agency knocks it. It gets enforced, too. Every sale is attached to the rep's dealer code, so if another agency's reps put sales up inside our ZIPs, both agencies get notified and action gets taken. Reps have been released over it. Most shops tell you the turf is protected. This one enforces it at the system level. Same code protects you inside the agency. Your sale is tied to your number the second you submit it, and when you get a block it's yours. We don't take it back to hand it to the next guy. Cable is what you're up against. On more than nine out of ten doors here, Spectrum's own federal filing shows no upload tier at 100 megs. Fiber goes the same speed both ways. No fiber price war, and no explaining why you cost more. More than one in five households out here have no wired internet subscription at all, so plenty of these doors aren't even a switch. AT&T fiber is real on about one in five of our doors. We know which blocks and we tell you before you walk up. Chargebacks. T-Mobile's chargeback window is 120 days, and fiber is not pest control. Nobody here fronts you part of your commission and sits on the rest of it until the back end clears. You get paid, and if one does come back it nets against a future pay period. When that happens you see the deal it came from and which check it came off, right in your portal. You get real support at the door. T-Mobile runs a sales support line for door to door reps and you get access to it. If an order won't go through in the field they work it with you, and if it still won't take, they place it for you under your dealer code. Most providers hand you an app and that's the end of the help. Who we're looking for. Experienced door to door sales reps. Fiber, internet, solar, pest control, alarms, roofing, anything outside and commission. If you've run a territory, you're who we want. Spanish is a real advantage here. Preferred, not required. We train you for fiber. Most guys we bring on come from another industry. You already know how to knock and how to close. What you don't know yet is what works on a fiber door, and that's the part we teach you. Real door footage, the objections you'll hear on these streets, and what to say next. Our training is private to our reps. You get it the week you're onboarding. If you're building a team for somebody else. Think about what you end up owning. Nothing. The turf, the accounts and the contracts are the company's, and the day you walk your team stays behind. Fiber works differently. Subcontractors get hired here all the time. You start your own LLC, hire your guys under it, get assigned ZIP codes nobody else can knock, and you get paid on everything your team produces. You own what you build, in a market that's still going in the ground. We already do this with one agency in the Valley. If that's you, apply and say so in the questions. You're talking to ownership, not applying for a rep spot. The basics. 1099 independent contractor with RCLX. Straight commission, uncapped, paid bi-weekly. No base. Laredo, TX. You start on assigned leads in assigned ZIPs, not a city map. Leads and turf run through SalesRabbit. Your ZIPs and your leads are on the map on your phone, and you disposition doors as you work them. Daytime field work. This product sells when people are home, so plan on full days. Your own numbers. Log in at rclx.us and it's on the screen. Your next check and a countdown to the day it lands. Every deal in your pipeline with its real install date: scheduled, waiting on T-Mobile, needs rebooking. Your stats off the same sheet we actually pay from, not a manager's memory. Getting started. Credentialing usually takes about a week on the real T-Mobile systems, and you come out of it with your own dealer code. You spend that week in our training, then you ride with someone already running this product. You onboard with ownership, not a group chat. Requirements. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license 18 or older, able to pass identity verification (required by T-Mobile) On your feet outdoors all day, in Laredo heat Apply, answer the questions, and someone calls you. Want to see it before you apply? It's all real at rclx.us. RCLX is an independent sales agency in the T-Mobile fiber channel. We're not owned by or affiliated with T-Mobile, but the product, the systems and the credentialing are all real T-Mobile.
