Job Description

Most people take a job. A few build a career, and build themselves in the process. This is for the few. Warriors For Light is one of the fastest-growing lighting companies in Austin, and we are building our sales team from the ground up right now. Every growing company has a short window where the people who get in early end up running the place. That window is open, and you are looking at it. You start by knocking neighborhoods and setting appointments. No closing, no experience needed. But that is the door in, not the ceiling. Our best setters become closers earning full commission on jobs worth $5,500 to $25,000. Our best closers build and lead their own teams. When we need leaders, we promote the person who started at the door and earned it, not a stranger with a resume. Six months from now, someone knocking doors today is going to be the first person we promote. Why not you. The truth about this job. Read this part twice. This job is hard. You will get doors shut in your face. You will have afternoons where you knock thirty houses, hear thirty no's, your feet hurt, and it is hot. Some days it is going to suck, and nobody is going to hold your hand. That is on purpose. Here is what almost nobody tells you. That is exactly what makes it worth doing. A few months at the door builds things most people chase their whole lives and never get: Real confidence, the kind you earn instead of fake The ability to walk up to any stranger and talk without fear Thick skin, because a no stops meaning anything after the hundredth one Discipline, because your income depends on you and no one else The most valuable skill in business, moving a person from maybe to yes Those skills do not leave when you clock out, and they do not leave when you leave. They make you money in every job, every deal, and every room you walk into for the rest of your life. People pay thousands at seminars to learn a fraction of this. You get paid to live it. If that sounds miserable, this is not your job, and that is okay. If it sounds like the challenge you have been waiting for, keep reading. How you get paid, and why it stacks fast $100 for every qualified appointment you set Plus 1 to 2% of every job that closes, on top
Fast Start Bonus:
earn $500 when you complete onboarding and set your first 5 qualified appointments in your first two weeks A qualified appointment means the homeowner answers, agrees to meet our closer, and shows up. You get paid when that meeting happens, whether or not the job sells. Our average job is $5,500, so a closed appointment adds another $55 to $110 on top of your $100. The big ones run $10,000 to $25,000 and pay more. There is no cap. Set 10 in a week and that is $1,000 before a single one closes. Do it consistently, step into closing, and you are looking at a completely different income. That is not a promise of easy money. It is the actual ladder, standing right in front of you. What you would actually do Walk the neighborhoods we point you to, knock doors, and talk to homeowners about lighting that lights up their whole house year-round. When someone is interested, you book them a time to sit with one of our closers. The product makes it easier than any door job you have worked, because every home we install becomes a glowing demo for the whole street. Knock around a finished house and the appointments are practically waiting for you. Who this is for You are hungry, you show up, and you are not scared of a door. You want to be built, not babysat. You have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and you are free afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays when homeowners are home. No sales background needed. You bring the drive, we teach the rest. What we put behind you Real training on the product and the door A proven script and demo tools on your phone The best territories, including active install neighborhoods A closing team that turns your appointments into commissions Clear tracking so you always know what you have earned A real, visible path into closing and leadership How to apply Everything you need is right here. The next step is the application below, and we will be honest: it is the first test. We read every answer, and we can tell in ten seconds who put thought in and who pasted the same thing they send everywhere. If you want this, show us. The people who take the application seriously are the only people we call.
