Job Overview Motivated Minds is hiring motivated, reliable, and outgoing individuals to join our field canvassing team for upcoming political and community outreach projects.

Project Start:

2nd of September 2026 As a Political Field Canvasser , you'll work in assigned neighborhoods speaking directly with voters and community members. This is an active, fast-paced outdoor position with daily performance goals. No political experience required — training will be provided. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door voter and community outreach Follow campaign scripts and talking points Professionally communicate with voters Accurately record responses and field data Use a mobile canvassing app to complete assigned routes Meet daily productivity and quality expectations Follow campaign and client guidelines Communicate regularly with field leadership Preferred Qualifications Canvassing, door-to-door, sales, or outreach experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable approaching and speaking with voters Smartphone with reliable data Reliable transportation Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Willingness to travel for future projects is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to walk several miles per shift Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat and changing weather Ability to navigate stairs, sidewalks, grass, and uneven surfaces Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation Work Environment This is an outdoor, door-to-door field position . Canvassers work assigned neighborhoods, interact directly with voters, use a mobile canvassing app, and are expected to meet daily productivity and data-quality standards.
