We are actively hiring enthusiastic Canvassers to take our message directly to the voters. This is a hands-on, active opportunity where you will be on the front lines of the upcoming elections, mobilizing support neighborhood by neighborhood. Your Daily Impact Navigate assigned residential territories to initiate face-to-face conversations with constituents at their homes. Effectively communicate the core values and specific policy platforms of GOP candidates. Log survey answers, voter sentiment, and follow-up details into our mobile software in real-time. Achieve daily and weekly benchmarks for total household visits and successful community interactions. Serve as a polished, respectful ambassador for local and national conservative movements at all times. Check in with project leadership daily to review metrics, share feedback, and receive neighborhood assignments. What You Bring to the Table Outstanding verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Resilience and a positive attitude when encountering diverse opinions or unanswered doors. Physical stamina to navigate neighborhoods on foot for several hours at a time, across varying weather conditions. Alignment with conservative political philosophies and a strong interest in the electoral process. A dependable smartphone and reliable transportation to reach various local staging areas. A self-motivated work ethic with the discipline to stay on task without direct supervision.
