Position:

Regional Director of Canvassing - Hire, train, and grow a large, high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential.

Qualified Candidate:

MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.

Compensation:

Earn $150K to $250

K Qualifications:

Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams Comfortable working in the field and leading by example

Responsibilities:

Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results Apply Now! #hc264296
