Neighborhood Appointment Setter — $15-$40/hr Trimlight ATX Pflugerville, TX Job Details Full-time | Contract $15 - $30 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Trimlight Austin is hiring friendly, confident, and dependable people to introduce homeowners to our permanent outdoor LED lighting system and schedule free consultations for our sales team. This is an appointment-setting position—not a closing role. You will walk residential neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners, briefly explain what Trimlight offers, and schedule interested homeowners for a free consultation. Our sales team handles the presentation, quote, and sale. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, likes working independently, and wants an opportunity to grow into a higher-paying sales role. What You'll Do Walk assigned residential neighborhoods in the Austin area Approach homeowners and start friendly, professional conversations Introduce Trimlight's permanent outdoor lighting system Answer basic questions using the training we provide Schedule qualified homeowners for free consultations Accurately record appointments and customer information Communicate regularly with the local sales team You're a Good Fit If You Enjoy talking with people and can build rapport quickly Are comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations Have a positive attitude and professional appearance Are reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Can work independently while following a neighborhood plan Are comfortable walking and working outdoors Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Door-to-door, canvassing, sales, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. We provide training. Compensation and Benefits $15 per hour guaranteed Bonuses and commissions for performance Earning potential of $15-$60 per hour Weekly pay Paid training No closing required Support from a local Austin team Opportunity to advance into higher-paying sales roles mportant This is an outdoor field position. You will spend much of your shift walking residential neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners at their doors. Austin weather can include high temperatures, so applicants should understand the physical and outdoor nature of the work.
