• 200k+ Ongoing mentorship program for full scope knowledge and skillset building Make a direct impact by helping the team determine the right roofing solution for every project What You'll Do Speak directly with homeowners in-person at their homes Schedule roofing inspection appointments Perform basic ground-level visual inspections Determine whether a project requires repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement Prepare detailed and accurate roofing estimates based on the available inspection information Communicate estimate details and project recommendations with internal production and operations teams Manage multiple estimates while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy Why You'll Love It Here As a Roofing Salesperson, you will be immediately showing homeowners concerns about their roofs.

Educating homeowners on their roof's health. This will be fostering the beginning of their pipeline. We generate leads by meeting homeowners and meeting them where they are located. • $200k+. Schedule On-site role Monday-Friday
• Alternating Saturdays Availability between 10am-7:30 pm (CST) No overnight travel
• No solo travel Work outdoors and stay active Requirements Comfortable talking to clients face-to-face Comfortable speaking with long term homeowners A positive attitude A strong desire to succeed Professionalism Great communications skills High school diploma or GED A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to and from the office Ability to work 40 hrs between 10am
