Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager to help us expand our field marketing division. This is a 1099 hybrid role where you'll be responsible for both setting appointments and recruiting/training field canvassers . You'll be in the field generating your own opportunities while also building and leading a team that produces consistent results. What You'll Do Generate appointments by canvassing and in-person outreach Recruit, hire, and train field canvassers Manage and track your team's performance Work with homeowners to set appointments for: Siding Roofing Windows Patio covers Decks (Occasionally interior paint) Ensure all leads are properly submitted and followed through to sale Work with the Operations Manager to find areas to canvas near active installs Compensation $150 per full demo (appointment that results in a full presentation and pricing) 3% commission on every sale you generate All leads you submit are yours and tracked through to closing $750 bonus for every $50K in personal sales volume 2% override on total sales volume from canvassers you hire and train Performance-based bonuses and raises Uncapped earning potential Paid weekly Earning Potential At a consistent pace of 10 leads per week , typically: ~4-5 turn into full demos ($600
