This isn't a sit-back-and-wait kind of role. You'll be out in the field, meeting homeowners, building trust, quoting jobs, and closing them. From the first handshake to the signed agreement—you'll own it.

What You'll Be Doing:

Respond to inbound leads and follow up on local marketing efforts Talk with customers, assess projects, and offer creative solutions Educate homeowners on our services and process Create and deliver estimates (with support from our team when needed) Close deals and hand off to production/ops for execution Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals
