Let's make this clear from the beginning: This is NOT a commission sales job. Unlike many field positions, you are not being hired as a 1099 commission contractor. You are a W-2 employee with guaranteed hourly compensation. There is no transactional sales pitch. You will not sell equipment or products, ask residents to purchase anything, or enter homes to conduct sales presentations.Your role is straightforward:
Meet people. Ask questions. Listen. Conduct research. Create awareness. Invite people to participate. You're there to: Ask—not sell. Listen—not pressure. Inform—not convince. We provide the training. We teach you the process.WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Field Research Advisor, you'll: Work outdoors in assigned residential communities Professionally introduce yourself and ĒNĒVIVE Conduct brief Phase One community research surveys Ask standardized questions and listen carefully Accurately record research information Create awareness around ĒNĒVIVE's community research and advocacy initiatives Invite qualified households to participate further in our research Accurately document your work using our field technology Represent the ĒNĒVIVE culture and mission professionally No sales presentations. No closing. No commission selling. You're the professional first point of contact who starts the research process.YOUR WORK CAN HELP SAVE LIVES

ĒNĒVIVE provides free ultra-purified drinking water to the public through community water stations in Pleasant Grove and Springville, Utah, with a vision to expand into additional communities. —W-2 EMPLOYMENT WITH GUARANTEED HOURLY PAY
This is a W-2 employee position—not a 1099 independent-contractor or commission-only job.Starting guaranteed wage:
$25/hour You are paid for the hours you work. Your paycheck does not depend on making a sale, because you aren't selling anything. Research Advisors who consistently meet established performance, quality, attendance, and research standards can advance to: $30/HOURPERFORMANCE RATE
The $30 rate is still hourly W-2 compensation—not commission . We provide the training, coaching, technology, process, and support.Your responsibility is straightforward:

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25 hours per week.Monday-Thursday:
