Jellyfish Lighting is growing and hiring motivated individuals to help introduce homeowners to our innovative permanent exterior LED lighting systems. This is an entry-level sales opportunity with weekly pay, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to higher earning positions. No lighting experience is required—we're looking for people with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the drive to grow. What You'll Do Connect with homeowners through residential neighborhood outreach Educate homeowners on Jellyfish Lighting's permanent LED lighting system Generate qualified appointments for our sales team Build communication and sales skills through daily face-to-face interactions Work toward individual and team performance goals Compensation & Benefits Average earnings of $1,200-$1,800 per week Weekly pay Performance-based bonuses Uncapped earning potential Ongoing coaching and mentorship Advancement opportunities into closing and leadership roles Schedule Tuesday through Saturday Sundays and Mondays off Tuesday & Thursday begin with team meetings and training at our Draper office (11:00 AM) before heading into assigned neighborhoods Wednesday, Friday & Saturday are spent working in the field Career Growth This position is designed as the first step in a long-term sales career.
