Job Description
LUQ Water is expanding in the Northern, VA market and we're looking for a reliable installer to handle residential water filtration system installs. This is not a sales role. All jobs are pre-sold, scheduled, and dispatched to you to install. If you have basic plumbing experience and want consistent, well-paid work without chasing customers, this is a strong opportunity. What the Work Looks Like Install whole-home water filtration systems (softeners, carbon, etc.) Jobs are already sold and scheduled for you Most installs take 1-2 hours once experienced Typically 2 jobs per day once ramped You'll start lighter while learning, then scale up quickly. Responsibilities Pick up system from Chantilly office (scheduled pickup times) Review job details/photos before arrival Complete clean, professional installs Handle basic materials (Home Depot/Lowe's if needed) Communicate clearly if anything comes up Requirements Plumbing experience (required) Comfortable with PEX, copper, PVC, CPVC Truck or van (to transport tanks) Professional, reliable, shows up on time Able to travel within NOVA and surrounding areas (up to ~1-2 hours) Preferred (not required) Previous water filtration install experience Compensation Details $450 - $950 per install depending on job Paid per job (1099) 3-4 installs/week starting Ramp to 5-10+ installs/week Mileage re-imbursement $0.50 per mile As you get faster, your income scales quickly.
