Since 2015 a third of forests have been destroyed, while 75% of coral life has been lost. Currently, more animals are going extinct than ever before recorded. Human lifes are also at risk; experts predict there will be 1-3 billion climate refugees by 2050, creating the largest humanitarian aid issue the world has ever seen. But it is not too late to act. The Nature Conservancy is one of largest environmental Non-profits in the world. They protect more than 125 million acres of land; from dense forests and coral reefs to small projects in the middle of large cities. With over 400 scientists employed, The Nature Conservancy is working around the clock to find real world solutions to help mitigate and possibly reverse the destructive effects of climate change. But these conservation efforts need funding and we need you! We are Professional Fundraisers. We raise money by providing everyday people an opportunity to join the fight in protecting our planet. We are looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren't afraid to stand up for what they believe in and strike up meaningful conversations with strangers.

The Position:

As a Professional Fundraiser you will be having conversations with the general public that make a real impact. Each day you will head out with your team to a different area in Seattle, where you will approach and engage with the public

• with the goal of ultimately inspiring them into becoming long term donors for our charity partner, The Nature Conservancy.

We Offer:

• 4 day work week (5th day available)
• 10am
• 6pm•On target earnings of $34 an hour•Base pay of $21.

50 an hour with uncapped bonuses.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
