Responsibilities Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods through friendly, professional conversations. Schedule FREE painting estimates for our sales consultants. Represent Destiny Painting with professionalism and a positive attitude. Walk designated neighborhoods and follow assigned routes. Place neighborhood marketing signs when appropriate. Track appointments and daily activity using our mobile application. Meet daily and weekly appointment goals while maintaining excellent customer interactions. Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals. Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with homeowners. Highly coachable and eager to learn our proven process. Positive, dependable, and self-motivated. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods. Able to communicate professionally and confidently. Looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth. No canvassing, sales, or marketing experience is required. We value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn over previous experience.

CompensationWeekly Earnings During Training:

Approximately $500•800 per week

After Training:

$800•1,200+ per week is common for team members who consistently follow our proven system. Top performers regularly earn $1,500+ per week.
