This is not a desk job, and it is not a high-pressure sales grind. You won't be cold-calling homeowners or chasing a fresh quota every thirty days. You'll be the face of Northwest Roof Maintenance out in the community — the person restoration contractors, painters, and property managers look forward to seeing walk through the door. If you remember names after one meeting and genuinely enjoy striking up conversations with strangers, this role was built for you. We help homeowners get the most life out of the roof they already have through honest inspections and maintenance, and we recommend replacement only when it's truly the best option. It's an easy story to tell and an easy one for partners to believe in. Your job is to make sure that when someone asks "Do you know a good roofer?" — our name is the first one out of their mouth. What You'll Do Most of your day is spent in the field, not behind a screen: Build and maintain long-term referral partner relationships Visit existing and prospective partners on a consistent schedule Introduce businesses to our Rhino Rewards Referral Program Educate partners on our Maintenance First philosophy and services Deliver treats, marketing materials, and appreciation gifts Keep partner info and activity current in our CRM Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and industry mixers Follow up consistently so we stay top-of-mind Who You'll Be Working With Our referral partners are exterior home service professionals across the metro: Water damage restoration contractors Exterior painting contractors Siding contractors Window cleaners Window and door companies Pressure washing companies HVAC contractors Pest control companies General contractors This Is Farming, Not Hunting We want to be straight with you about the pace of this job, because it's not what most outside roles look like. You are not chasing a monthly quota from zero. You're planting a network. In the early months you'll be making introductions, showing up consistently, and earning trust with businesses that already have a roofer they call. Some of those relationships turn into referrals quickly. Most take a few months of showing up before they do. Here's the part that matters: the network compounds. Every partner who starts sending work keeps sending work. A relationship you build in month two is still producing in month twenty, and it takes far less of your time to maintain than it did to create. So your bonus doesn't reset each month — it builds on the base you've already established while you add new partners on top of it. That's why your pay includes a solid hourly wage, not commission-only. We're not asking you to eat what you kill. We're asking you to plant something that grows. How Success Is Measured Success here is measured by the strength of the relationships you build and the qualified roofing opportunities they generate over time. The role carries monthly referral revenue goals tied to completed roofing projects from your network, with bonuses paid against those goals — and those goals ramp with the network as it matures, rather than starting high on day one. Within your first year, we'd expect you to be a familiar, trusted name among restoration and exterior service pros throughout the region, with a partner network that's producing steadily and getting easier to maintain.
