About the role We're a fast-growing residential painting company looking for part-time Door-to-Door Marketers. You'll go out in targeted neighborhoods, have short, friendly conversations with homeowners, and offer a free painting estimate. No hard closing at the door - your job is to start the relationship and book the appointment. Pay & bonuses Base pay: $17/hr for all field hours Per-appointment bonus: $10 for every qualified estimate you book (simple criteria we give you) Realistic earnings: New reps who set 2-3 qualified estimates per 4-hour shift average $20-$28/hr Top reps setting 4-5+ qualified estimates per shift earn $30+/hr Bonus structure is uncapped - the more quality estimates you set, the more you make 30-day earnings floor (guarantee) If you show up to every scheduled shift in your first 30 days, follow the script, and don't average at least $20/hr (base + bonuses), we'll bonus you the difference.
