Position Summary AM Action PAC is seeking energetic, reliable, and motivated Canvassers to support grassroots voter outreach efforts throughout Wisconsin's 3rd Congressional District. Canvassers will engage directly with voters through door-to-door outreach, collect data, deliver campaign messaging, and help identify and mobilize supporters using the Voter Gravity voter contact system. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about grassroots organizing, community engagement, and helping advance conservative principles through direct voter contact. Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door voter outreach in assigned neighborhoods and precincts. Utilize the Voter Gravity mobile application to record voter responses and update voter contact information. Deliver approved campaign and issue-based messaging to voters in a professional and persuasive manner. Identify supporters, persuadable voters, and voter concerns through structured conversations. Accurately enter and maintain voter data within Voter Gravity. Meet daily and weekly voter contact goals. Follow all campaign and organizational policies regarding voter contact and data security. RepresentAM Action PAC professionally and positively in the community. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with voters from diverse backgrounds. Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to assigned canvassing locations within WI-03. Ability to use a smartphone or tablet and learn the Voter Gravity platform. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Previous canvassing, campaign, sales, customer service, or grassroots organizing experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to walk for extended periods while canvassing. Suggested field work should be conducted Monday-Friday from 12:00PM-Sundown, Saturday from 9:00AM-Sundown and Sunday from 12:00PM-6:00PM.
