The Role We're looking for energetic, competitive, and coachable people to be the face of Omega Exteriors in Milwaukee neighborhoods. As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you'll be out in the field every day, starting conversations with homeowners and setting the stage for our sales team to close the deal. No roofing experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is drive, and that's what we're looking for. What You'll Do Canvas assigned neighborhoods door-to-door, engaging homeowners in genuine conversation Identify homeowner needs and generate qualified leads for our sales team Schedule inspections and consultations Track daily activity and results Represent the Omega Exteriors brand with energy and professionalism Who Thrives in This Role We've found this role is a great fit for people coming from: Hospitality or customer service backgrounds Competitive athletics Any background where you've had to work hard, handle rejection, and stay motivated to hit a goal If you're coachable, outgoing (or ready to become outgoing), and hungry to build something, we want to talk to you.
