This is a 1099 commission-only position designed for people who want to control their own income instead of earning an hourly wage. Whether you're experienced in sales or just have the right attitude and work ethic, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do Generate new residential solar leads through networking, referrals, and door-to-door outreach. Build relationships with homeowners and educate them on the benefits of solar energy. Schedule and conduct consultations with qualified homeowners. Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Work closely with our leadership team throughout the sales process. Represent Next Phase Electric with professionalism and integrity.
