Job Overview Join our vibrant and dynamic team as a SoCal Energy Deregulation Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in navigating the evolving landscape of energy within Southern California. In this important role, you will engage directly with homeowners to promote affordable energy-saving options. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact In The community and educate clients on deregulation benefits. Your expertise will help clients understand their options, manage energy transactions, and capitalize on industry trends. Duties Engage with clients to explain the fundamentals of energy deregulation and its advantages for residential and commercial customers Facilitate favorable deals aligned with client needs and market conditions Be able to handle objections effectively Utilize sales technology adoption strategies to enhance customer outreach, streamline processes, and improve deal closing efficiency Build strong client rapport through effective communication, bilingual or multilingual support, and exceptional customer service skills Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and negotiations using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems supported by technical teams Experience Experience in negotiation, sales, or marketing within energy related industries is a plus but not a must. A willingness to learn and be coached is most important.
