Duties Develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting roofing solutions tailored to their needs. Manage existing accounts by nurturing client relationships, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with management on territory management strategies and marketing initiatives to maximize outreach efforts. Follow up with potential clients consistently to convert leads into active projects, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to closing. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and marketing campaigns. Solid understanding of product demos, upselling techniques, and territory sales strategies. Analysis skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data for continuous improvement.
