Roofing Sales Representative 8%-14% Commission | Company Leads Provided | Uncapped Income Peninsula Roofing Group is growing, and we have more roofing opportunities than our current team can handle. We're looking for competitive, coachable salespeople who want to earn at a high level and grow with a rapidly expanding roofing company in Jacksonville. This is a full-time, commission-based sales position. We provide the training, systems, leads, technology, and production support. Your job is to sell. The Money 8% base commission on qualifying completed and collected jobs. Want to make more? 12% commission when you recover and close previously unsold company opportunities. 14% commission on self-generated business. No commission cap.

Plus monthly production bonuses:

$150K sold — $1,000 bonus $200K sold — $2,000 bonus $300K sold — $4,000 bonus $400K sold — $6,000 bonus $500K sold — $8,000 bonus Bonuses scale up to $20,000/month The top qualifying salesperson in the business unit also earns an additional $500 Top Dog Bonus. What You'll Do You'll spend most of your time in the field , meeting homeowners throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.

You'll:

Run company-provided roofing appointments Inspect roofs and document your findings Meet with homeowners in their homes Educate customers on roofing options Present Good / Better / Best solutions Prepare and present proposals Ask for the sale Follow up aggressively and professionally Manage your pipeline in our CRM Generate referrals and additional opportunities Prospect around active roofing projects Build relationships in the community Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Competitive. Coachable. Hardworking. Confident. Organized. Hungry to make money. You need to be comfortable talking to homeowners, handling objections, following up, and asking for the sale. Roofing experience is NOT required. Sales experience in any of these industries is a major plus: Roofing Solar HVAC Windows and doors Remodeling Pest control Automotive Construction Real estate Insurance Other commission or high-ticket sales We'd rather teach roofing to a great salesperson than try to teach someone with roofing experience how to sell.
