Job Description
Energy Associate with 1 to 4 years of relevant large law firm transactional experience to work within the firm's Corporate Practice Group. Ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of energy development and/or energy project finance experience. Prior experience drafting energy-related development agreements and/or with tax equity financing structures is desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials, as well as strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Qualified candidates can be resident in any of our Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Florida, Houston, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Texas bars (depending on office location).
