Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing team as Solar Energy Advisors (Field Representatives) at SolarTech Industries. In this role, you will work directly in the field, visiting residential homes across Oahu to assess solar energy needs and educate homeowners about the benefits of solar power. No prior experience in solar is required, as comprehensive training, equipment, and ongoing support will be provided. Responsibilities Conduct in-home assessments by visiting residential properties throughout Oahu to evaluate solar energy potential. Engage with homeowners to explain the advantages of solar energy systems and answer their questions. Assist homeowners in understanding the installation process and how solar solutions can meet their energy needs. Collect necessary data and measurements to support the design and proposal of customized solar solutions. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing SolarTech Industries in the community. Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all field activities. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient scheduling and customer service. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with homeowners. Dependability, motivation, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions across residential neighborhoods. Willingness to learn about solar energy systems, installation processes, and industry standards—training will be provided. Basic organizational skills for data collection and reporting. $51,942.53 - $62,554.45 per year
