Energy Advisor - Customer Care Agent
Job Title:
Energy Efficiency Customer Care AgentJob Description:
Our client, a leader in utility energy efficiency programs, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Agent to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support commercial and residential energy programs while providing excellent service to program participants. T are three (3) shifts for this position:8:30am EST to 5:30pm EST9:00am EST to 6:00pm EST10:00am EST to 7:00pm
ESTKey Responsibilities:
  • Process energy incentive applications, reviewing for eligibility.
  • Provide inbound and outbound support to applicants and program participants via phone and online chat
  • Perform back-office processing in support of utility clients and their customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and customer information
  • Perform data-intensive tasks accurately while meeting deadlines
  • Adapt quickly to process changes and contribute to team problem-solving efforts
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail; ability to type 45-50 WPM
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm for helping program participants
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excel and database navigation skills are required
