Job Summary We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team as B2B Energy Brokers , working directly with commercial clients through in-person meetings and relationship-based sales . 100% commission and 80/20 splits. Best commission splits in industry. As an Energy Broker, you will consult with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to help them understand their energy usage and explore competitive supply options. This role focuses on face-to-face outreach , trust-building, and long-term client relationships rather than transactional or high-pressure sales. You will represent energy solutions clearly and professionally, guiding clients through market options and helping them make informed decisions. This is a performance-driven role offering strong earning potential, ongoing training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing industry. Qualifications Strong communication skills and the ability to speak comfortably with business owners Professional attitude and willingness to represent the company in face-to-face settings Self-motivated with a positive, coachable mindset Comfortable working independently while following a proven process Willingness to learn about energy markets and B2B consulting Reliable transportation for in-person meetings Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, simple data entry) Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively No Experience Required No prior sales experience necessary No energy industry background required Full training, mentorship, and ongoing support provided What matters most is your attitude, consistency, and willingness to engage with people professionally. Duties Conduct in-person meetings with business owners, property managers, and commercial decision-makers Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through local outreach and relationship development Review and analyze commercial energy usage to understand client needs Educate clients on energy market options, pricing structures, and contract terms Present competitive energy supply solutions in a clear, professional manner Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process Build and maintain long-term client relationships Coordinate with internal teams and energy suppliers to support client enrollment Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements Stay informed on energy market trends, regulatory changes, and pricing movements Also this job is 1099

$35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
