Job Description
R ichland Collective is recruiting energy sales representatives for campaigns across Maryland. We partner with established energy companies (retail supply and community solar programs) and our reps earn performance-based pay with residual income — accounts you build keep paying you. Maryland campaigns span retail supply and community solar — one of our deepest partner states. Displayed pay range reflects typical annualized commission earnings; this is a 1099 commission + residuals role, not a salaried position.
What the role is:
- Residential energy sales (door-to-door and/or network-based, depending on campaign)
- 1099 independent contractor, commission + residuals — pay is tied to results, stated plainly up front
- Training and mentorship provided; no experience required, though sales/D2D/energy backgrounds move fast here
- Leadership path: reps who train and build teams advance What we look for:
- 18+, eligible to work in the U.S.
- Driven, coachable, comfortable with performance-based pay
- Reliable transportation for field campaigns
