Job Description
USBS is an energy brokerage and consulting firm that helps businesses in deregulated energy markets evaluate and secure commercial electricity and natural gas supply solutions. We work directly with business customers and energy suppliers to help companies make informed decisions about their energy needs. We are expanding our Maryland teams and are looking for motivated, personable individuals to join us as Junior Account Managers (B2B Sales Representatives.) This is an entry-level, business-to-business sales position designed for candidates who want to build a career in sales, business development, and leadership. Our Junior Account Managers learn the energy industry from the ground up while developing valuable skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, account development, recruiting, team leadership, and business operations. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibility and advance within the organization. A background in athletics, leadership, customer service, sales, or other performance-driven environments can be a great foundation—but we're more interested in your work ethic and potential than your previous job title.
