As a Business Management Associate, you'll work directly with customers, learn how to understand their needs, present energy options, and help connect them with solutions that fit their goals. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. Business Management Associate Responsibilities Engage with customers and provide clear information about available energy solutions. Build strong customer relationships through professional and consistent communication. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions. Support customer enrollment and account setup processes. Maintain accurate customer information and follow up to ensure a smooth experience. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. Ability to learn quickly and confidently present products and solutions.
