Founded in 2014, we have continued to expand and have become one of the largest privately owned renewable energy company's in the country. We function as the intermediary between utility companies, local government and homeowners to facilitate net metering and home efficiency programs in response to the increasing demand for power. We conduct home energy evaluations and show qualified homeowners the options available specifically to them. Our goal is to support customers in improving their financial position and enhancing their overall relationship with their electricity usage. We specialize in residential solar and home efficiency improvements, including LED lighting, smart thermostats, attic restoration and solar options. Our Development Program We have a consultative development program focused on effective communication. Representatives are assigned to designated residential areas that have been pre surveyed and canvassed, where they are responsible for educating and informing homeowners about current changes with utility companies. The position comes with base pay along with commission opportunities. The goal of the development program is to improve effective communications skills and learn the home efficiency industry in our 4 week training program prior to becoming a consultant. Employees who take this path remain W2 and keep a guaranteed base pay while in consulting.
