No roofing experience is required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and give you the opportunity to prove yourself. Paid Training Your first 4 weeks are paid at $1,000 per week while you learn the business and develop the skills needed to succeed. This is a W-2 position , not a 1099 contractor role. During your initial ride-along and training, our leadership team will evaluate your strengths and determine whether you're best suited to begin in sales or canvassing . Our goal is to put you in the position where you have the greatest opportunity to succeed. Commission Structure After your first four weeks, you'll remain a W-2 employee and transition into our commission program. Our sales representatives earn approximately 7-10% of each sale , with additional monthly performance bonuses of 1-2% . For strong performers, total commissions average around 10% of sales . The harder you work and the more you develop your skills, the greater your earning potential.
